The main line Victoria station is on the South Eastern and has step free access to the Victoria Line on the Underground. This can be accessed via the Cardinal Place entrance to the underground. There are 19 platforms at Victoria, The Victoria line, District line, and Circle line are all step free, to the platform at least.
The underground lines are all served by lifts from the booking hall. There are also lifts from the booking hall to street level. There are bus stops immediately outside the station which are all accessible.

Step-free access stations have lifts or ramps - or a combination of both - so that customers don't have to use escalators or stairs to move between the street and the platform. Victoria station has an upper level car park with 81 spaces, served by a lift.
