It is imperative to visitors to London to realise that the new Elizabeth Line Liverpool Street (Moorgate exit) station is at least a kilometre walk from the original Liverpool street National Rail station; maybe up to a mile distance.
There is a long tunnel which connects both, but it is quite a long walk, mostly via long escalators.

This is describing the original London Liverpool Street station, which exists in Bishopsgate and is the entry point for National Rail Greater Anglia

This is also the station where connections can be made to the Central line, Metropolitan line, Hammersmith & City , and also the Circle line.

I believe there is escalator and lift access to get from the street or the National Rail concourse to the Central line. There is Lift access via National Rail concourse between the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines are the same three lines which all share a separate part of the Underground station, which is level with the main station concourse.
Therefore, the eastbound platform used by all three lines has step-free access to and from the mainline station; and the Underground trains from Paddington and Baker Street and Kings Cross, St Pancras and Farringdon all arrive here.
The Circle trains heading to The Circle trains heading to Tower Hill for the Tower of London, Mansion House for Tate Modern, Embankment for the South Bank, Westminster; and Victoria and South Kensington for the museums leave from this eastbound platform. The main station of these which is very accessible is Victoria.

Liverpool Street National Rail is a major National rail terminus which is one stop from Stratford. All the platforms are on the same level. There are lifts and escalators available to get to the Liverpool Street bus station and shops. See wiki
