I visited Kilburn station in July 2019. The tube map only gives it a step free from platform to station. It is not bad. For a slightly minimal outlay by TFL, they could add a small section of raised platform to this station, and make it fully accessible, I wonder why this has not been done?

Accessibility friendly : Partial. Northbound towards Stanmore (A step 150mm/gap 77mm), southbound towards Stratford (A step 127mm/gap 80mm).

There is lift access between street and platforms.
