Kents Bank Station has Step free access from Kentsford Road down gently sloping path onto Lancaster Platform. Barrow platform is reached via Lancaster platform down platform end ramp, cross tracks by means of foot crossing with tactile surface then up platform end ramp onto platform. Care must be taken when using the crossing. Access onto trains by means of wheelchair ramp is dependent on the type of train.
