Ilford Station is now on the new Accessible Elizabeth line.
Ilford Station has step-free access to all platforms from the Cranbrook Road and Ilford Hill entrances.
But the step free access is not available from the York Road Entrance.
Trains run every ten minutes towards London, and end at Paddington, rather than stopping at the original Liverpool street station terminus, they are now redirected via Whitechapel through the new Liverpool street (Elizabeth line) station.
You can change trains along the Elizabeth line to travel as far as Heathrow (or Reading). On the London section of the Elizabeth line between Whitechapel and Paddington, there are trains running every five minutes with alternate services starting from either Shenfield or Abbey Wood; these are on the same platform.
All in all, the new Elizabeth line is amazing. Absolutely brilliant.
