Brundall Gardens has step free access to Platform 2 (for trains towards Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft) only. Platform 1 (for trains arriving from Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft, or towards Norwich) can only be accessed via a stepped footbridge which leads to and from Platform 2 and the entrance to the station
